on this here chat between Roxy and Autoresponder about how Dirk will probably confess his love (or whatever it is Strider’s feel) to Jake

and at first I was a little giggly like I’m sure a lot of DirkJake shippers were.

but I was thinking today that this sounded very familiar… then i remembered why

I saw this and I just started laughing. because really. AR basically said deep impact. so I had my dumb fun gigglesnorting like the dumb teen I am BUT WAIT!

I had another memory. I have the first homestuck book you see and while I have been putting off reading it, I do remember an important quote on page 12 down in the little comments Hussie left.

“Oh, also the movie posters foreshadow practically everything in the story, in equal parts intentional and conveniently retroactive”

of the posters shown, Deep impact seems to be the one least fulfilled. I mean look at this

oceans rise comes from this i think. it seems relevant to the theory.

cities fall hasn’t happened yet though. i think this may be relevant though.

but one part remains a little unclear.

Our two heroes of hope are Jake and Eridan and as much as I want my Eri-babbu to live again it’s much more likely that this has to do with Jake in light of recent events. 

I can’t help but get the haunting feeling that Jake’s remaining life (his non-dreamself) will be lost (knowing hussie though he WILL die agian (gotta kill ‘em all)) In sburb though there is this thing about when a character dies

i only passed one of the end of year externals so all of my grades for it are from the mock exams fjdtjrthdrthr

this is actually pretty sad but oh my fucking god i can’t stop laughing at how much of a failure i was last year
